Transparent, straight-forward pricing

In most cases, Nodelman Law charges a flat fee for its legal services. Clients are specifically advised of the legal services that will be undertaken on their behalf, and are not surprised with unexpected or excessive fees when their case is concluded. Consequently, this encourages clients to communicate openly with us without feeling the pressure of the hourly billing.

Meet Dani

Meet your estate planning partner

Dani Nodelman has extensive estate practice experience, and counsels her clients in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Prior to starting her own practice in 2010, Dani was a senior associate with a prominent New Jersey based law firm, gaining nearly a decade of experience in analyzing estate plans for purposes of minimizing or eliminating federal and state estate taxes for her clients.

She is also experienced in reviewing and recommending various estate planning techniques, and helping people understand the importance of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Dani is a strong advocate of proper estate planning for each and every family, regardless of structure.

Dani received her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Dani is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also lectures frequently on estate and tax planning issues for major financial and insurance institutions.
