Daniele N. Nodelman has extensive estate practice experience, and counsels her clients in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Prior to starting her own practice, Daniele was a senior associate with a prominent New Jersey based law firm, gaining nearly a decade of experience in analyzing estate plans for purposes of minimizing or eliminating federal and state estate taxes for her clients.
She is also experienced in reviewing and recommending various estate planning techniques, and helping people understand the importance of estate planning and trust and estate administration. She is a strong advocate of proper estate planning for each and every family, regardless of structure.
Daniele received her Bachelors degree from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Daniele is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also lectures frequently on estate and tax planning issues for major financial and insurance institutions.
